Jordan Weed

Jordan has been involved in the construction industry since a young age. After graduating, he acquired an engineering degree and quickly pursued construction management. He started in commercial construction overseeing various sized projects from start to finish. 

Jordan joined Burg Homes in 2013 as a Project Manager, where he helped oversee numerous new homes, additions, and remodel projects. In his current role as part owner, Jordan helps navigate the pre-construction and bidding process, while still overseeing projects. He is committed to delivering the best home building experience to each client, and making Burg Homes their first choice. 

Away from work, Jordan’s passion is spending time with his beautiful wife Amanda, and three young kids. He also enjoys the outdoors and traveling. 

Tony Burg

Tony has been working in the construction industry for 30 plus years and is well experienced in all phases of construction including framing, finish work and estimating. As an owner Tony’s commitment is to provide every client with exceptional service. Burg Homes LLC focuses to build the highest quality no matter how large or small the project is. The foundation has led the company to have a long term positive relationship with past and present homeowners. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and family. He also enjoys golfing, hunting and the outdoors. 

Tim Freund

Tim Freund has been in the construction industry for 20 plus years. He joined Burg Homes in 2000 and went through the ABC Apprenticeship program to obtain his journeymens card in carpentry. Tim attends continuing education courses to stay current with the evolving construction industry. As an owner, Tim Is engaged in making sure the day to day field operations are running smoothly. He also is involved in project managing as well as warranty work to make sure the client knows they will be taken care of after the project is completed. Tim’s strength and passion is building an outstanding relationship with clients to make sure they have a great building experience with Burg Homes. Tim is proud to say that Burg Homes is an industry leader in quality design and construction. When Tim is not at work you will find him spending time with his wonderful wife and three adorable little girls!

Mike Conard

Mike Conard is the controller and a partner at Burg Homes, LLC. He has been with the business since 2014. Mike graduated from St. Norbert College with a degree in business and computer science and worked in his family’s clothing business for over 20 years. He made a decision to return to college and received his accounting degree from Lakeland College and then became a certified public accountant in 2010. Mike enjoys adventure, and when he was younger was certified in scuba diving and skydiving. He likes spending time on the water, including boating, water skiing and sailing. He is married to Mary and they have three children: son, Michael Jr. and Jessica, his wife; daughter, Hannah; and son, Sam. They also have 2 granddaughters, Eve and Charlotte.
